   1. Executive session to determine positions and develop strategies, in order to instruct negotiators concerning the purchase or lease of water rights; to determine positions and instruct negotiators concerning water supply acquisition, receive legal advice on legal questions related to such agreements, contracts and easements, to receive legal advice on Compact compliance and status of discussions with Kansas (to the extent subject to privilege), concerning the Compact Compliance Pipeline, South Fork Focus Zone and to discuss personnel matters.
